Listed below are rates for common secretarial services but if you have another secretarial service that is not listed please call or email and I’d be happy to discuss further.
General Secretarial Services
Most services are charged out at $45 per hour.
There is a one hour minimum charge and then charged in 1/4 hourly increments thereafter.
Depending on the size of the job there is a three day turn around. If you require faster service this may incur an additional cost.
Transcription
Transcription can be charged at $45 per hour or $3.50 per audio minute for clear audio with two speakers. If you have extra speakers or unclear audio (i.e. background noise or strong accents), please contact us to discuss.
Note: 1 hour of transcription takes 4-6 hours to transcribe, depending on audio quality and how many speakers. iSecretarial Support uses Express Scribe for all its digital transcription. Please contact us to discuss details.
Expenses
Extra expenses, such as travel, stationery or call costs will be worked out at start of project.
Payment Options
Payment is expected upon completion of work.
All prices are in Australian dollars and do not attract GST.
